Privacy Policy

Updated: January 15, 2015

We believe the privacy of your personal health information is paramount, and the privacy policy below describes how we protect and handle the personal information that you provide and that we obtain through our web-based service at and related web sites ("Waitsup™").

1. Introduction

Waitsup™ is an exciting new convergence product that brings together the reach of the Internet, the ubiquitous accessibility of mobile devices and the robust data of healthcare information systems to provide a best-of-breed solution for both physicians and patients.

Patients can find physicians online, book appointments, pay co-pays, and pre-populate all the forms requested from new patients. Patients can also book web consultations that may be performed via telephone or via web camera. Physicians can have the data from their patients flow into their EMRs automatically, streamlining their operations, and increasing their revenues by exposing themselves to more patients using the Internet. But there is much more to it. Patients will have access and the ability to manage all their health information.

Patient. Physician. Exchange

Waitsup™ is bringing together the latest technology and medical information to empower you to live a healthier life. By consolidating timely, relevant information from experts on disease, prevention, nutrition, fitness, and laboratory analysis, Waitsup will help you get back on track to a healthier and happier life. The Waitsup lifestyle takes into account your personal health records, including your medical data, your personal goals and preferences.

Waitsup™ allows you to:

Find, book and manage you medical appointments & online web consultations, alleviate the hassle of waiting room formalities, have your PHR ready & available to be forwared for all new medical visits, verify your medical insurance, and pay your co-pays. Waitsup will store and manage your health conditions, lab results, and health goals in a central place. Control your own health program, and watch the changes happen, manage you families health, access online health management tools, and participate in intelligent reminders. Empower and enhance your physician/patient interaction, take part in tele-medicine visits, receive results electronically, and view your lab results and understand what they mean for you.

Each patient's information is stored and accessed separately in his or her own Waitsup™ profile.
